Course Overview

When you do this certificate, you’ll learn how to better understand the difference between crops and how to improve your growing capacity. The course will allow you to learn from leading Australian and international agricultural experts how to manage a farm and what’s involved to create a successful agricultural enterprise.

You’ll also study a wide range of strategies and issues relating to managing a farm or agricultural enterprise. A farm is a business like any other, and to be successful you need to learn how to structure and manage the business side from the whole farm planning to the setting up your own business plan.

This course is designed to provide you with a holistic understanding of the fundamentals of agronomy, as well as the essential tools for farm management and solid marketing foundations. This course is ideal for anyone with interest in starting their farming journey, including farmers, farm managers and agricultural students
