Online learning includes access to all course materials, with student support services available if you have any queries or require assistance with your coursework. You can contact our student support team as often as you like and we’re very flexible in regards to adjusting your studies around your busy life. With our low up-front cost, there has never been a better time to start your new fitness career!

Entry Requirements:

Several units from the Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30315) are pre-requisites for the Certificate IV in Fitness. If you don’t already have the Certificate III, we provide a combined personal trainer course to enable you to obtain both qualifications and become a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Enquire for more information.

The other prerequisite for the Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40215), is that you must also hold your First Aid qualification. If you don’t already have this, we offer the HLTAID003 Apply First Aid Certificate. Alternatively, students can complete the first aid unit with another provider and supply a copy of the qualification to AFA to obtain a ‘credit’ for the unit.
