Certificate Description:  Working as a Hulls and Decking Boat Serviceperson will involve the checking, maintaining and minor repair of powered and non-powered vessel hulls and decking. Vessel construction may include fibre-reinforced plastics, timber and/or metal. Work may also include minor repairs or restoration of hulls and decks not impacting on vessel structures. Equipment and tools will include the use of hand tools and hand held power tools, thermal heating and cutting tools and welding equipment.
