Apprenticeship – Carpentry

Everthought is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Carpentry Apprentice to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the building and construction industry while completing a nationally recognised carpentry qualification. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working alongside qualified carpenters across a variety of projects throughout Sydney.

About the Role:

As a Carpentry Apprentice, the successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced tradespeople, developing practical skills and industry knowledge in all aspects of carpentry while working towards becoming a qualified tradesperson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting qualified carpenters with day-to-day tasks on construction sites
• Learning and developing skills across all areas of carpentry
• Working on a variety of projects across multiple sites throughout Sydney
• Using tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
• Following workplace health and safety requirements at all times

• A genuine interest in carpentry and the construction industry
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• A commitment to completing an apprenticeship
