Apprenticeship – Electrician

SubZero Electrical & Air is seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Electrician / Refrigeration Mechanic to join their growing team.

Specialising in domestic air conditioning, the majority of the company’s work involves new home builds, including the installation of split system and ducted air conditioning systems. The team also carries out servicing, repairs, and fault-finding across a range of residential air conditioning systems.

This hands-on apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in the electrical and air conditioning industry while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Working alongside experienced tradespeople, the successful candidate will develop practical skills and industry knowledge across installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the installation of split system and ducted air conditioning systems
• Supporting servicing, repairs, and fault-finding activities
• Working on residential construction and new home build projects
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety on all job sites
• Learning and applying industry best practices under the guidance of qualified technicians
• Contributing positively as part of a professional and supportive team
