Apprenticeship – Gardener / Horticulturalist

Markwood Gardens Pty Ltd are looking for a motivated Apprentice Gardener to join our team and learn the skills required for a career in gardening and landscaping. We are taking care of high end gardens and our work is based on northern beaches and north shore.

Duties will include:

• Lawn mowing, edging and general garden maintenance
• Planting, mulching and pruning
• Weeding and garden clean-ups
• Assisting with landscaping projects
• Using basic gardening tools and equipment
• Working as part of a small, friendly team

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather
• Physically fit and hands-on
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Driver’s licence preferred (or willing to obtain)
