Apprenticeship – Painter and Decorator

Watkins Morgan Painting Service is seeking a motivated Apprentice Painter & Decorator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the painting and decorating industry while earning and learning on the job.

As an apprentice, the successful candidate will work alongside experienced tradespeople, assisting with surface preparation, painting, decorating, and general site duties while developing practical skills across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

• Genuine interest in painting and decorating
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport are advantageous but not essential
