About You

• 🌿 A genuine interest in landscaping, excavation and outdoor work
• 💪 Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
• 🎓 A strong work ethic and commitment to completing an apprenticeship qualification
• ⏰ Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn from experienced team members
• 📝 Basic numeracy and literacy skills to support training and communication
• 🚗 A valid driver’s licence (preferred) to assist with site mobility
• 🦺 Health and safety awareness, with a willingness to follow all site procedures
• 🤝 Good teamwork and communication skills
