Australian Trade Training College (ATTC) is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated leaders interested in contributing to the ongoing growth and performance of our organisation. 

This opportunity is suited to Leaders with extensive experience managing funded programs, government contracts, service delivery teams and stakeholder relationships. We are seeking leaders who can drive performance, achieve contractual outcomes and lead teams that deliver exceptional customer and stakeholder experiences. 

As a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ATTC delivers a range of training, skills assessment, and workforce development services that support individuals, employers, industry and government priorities across Australia. 

What We Are Looking For 

• Proven leadership experience managing funded programs, government contracts or large service delivery portfolios 
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
• Experience leading and motivating large multidisciplinary teams 
• Demonstrated success achieving contractual KPIs, service standards, revenue targets and performance measures 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Experience managing program budgets, revenue targets, reporting requirements and resource allocation 
• High-level analytical, reporting, planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience in staff performance management, coaching, mentoring and leadership development
• A strong commitment to customer service excellence, quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• The ability to lead change while maintaining compliance, team engagement and service delivery standards 

Is this you? 

You are an accomplished leader who understands the complexity of delivering funded programs within a performance-driven environment. You have a proven ability to manage competing priorities, achieve contractual outcomes, lead diverse teams and build strong stakeholder relationships. 

You are equally comfortable analysing performance data, developing strategic improvement initiatives, managing revenue targets and supporting your team to achieve exceptional outcomes. 

Experience within the vocational education and training (VET) sector, Registered Training Organisations, apprenticeship services, workforce development programs, skills assessment services, employment services or government-funded initiatives will be highly regarded.
