Integrated Technologies Trainer (VET in Schools)

At the Australian Trade Training College (ATTC), we believe the future workforce is built through hands-on learning, real skills, and passionate educators. As demand for careers in robotics, automation, electronics and smart technologies continues to accelerate, we are expanding our team.

We are seeking an engaging, innovative and industry-experienced Trainer to deliver the 22586VIC Certificate II in Integrated Technologies (VET in Schools) to secondary school students.

The Opportunity

You will deliver an exciting, hands-on program introducing students to robotics, coding, electronics, IoT and automation systems, preparing them for future trade and technology careers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and assessment for the 22586VIC Certificate II in Integrated Technologies
  • Create an engaging, practical learning environment for secondary students
  • Build strong relationships with schools, students and stakeholders
  • Monitor student progression and support successful course completion
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training resources and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Industry experience in one or more of the following:
  • Robotics / Automation
  • Electronics / Electrotechnology
  • Mechatronics / Smart Technologies
  • IT systems or IoT
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Experience working with or mentoring young people (desirable)
  • Strong communication and classroom engagement skills
