IntoJobs has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Employment Consultant to join our team, delivering Workforce Australia Employment Services across LOCATION and surrounding areas. If you’re passionate about helping people overcome barriers, build confidence and find meaningful work, this is a role where your impact truly matters.

About the Role

You’ll manage a caseload of job seekers, providing one‑on‑one, people‑centred support to help them achieve sustainable training and employment outcomes. This mobile role is based in our Gladstone office with outreach across the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support job seekers to identify strengths, goals and barriers
• Motivate and coach participants to build skills, confidence and job readiness
• Create and manage personalised job plans
• Build strong relationships with local employers
• Track progress and outcomes in line with program requirements
• Provide post‑placement support to job seekers and employers

About You

You’re organised, engaging and results‑focused, with a genuine passion for helping others.

You’ll ideally have:

• A current unrestricted driver’s licence
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Strong admin and time‑management skills
• Intermediate MS Office and database experience
• A flexible, target‑driven approach
• Employment services or Workforce Australia experience (highly regarded)
• Working with Children Check – essential
