Now operating as part of the IntoWork Group, we have over 30 years of experience partnering with trade businesses to recruit, employ, and place high-quality apprentices into the electrical, plumbing, gasfitting, and drainlaying sectors.

About the Role:

Make this role completely your own. As a high-energy Auckland-based Recruitment Consultant, you will take charge and deliver real results. We are looking for a proactive go-getter who can own the candidate pipeline from start to finish—thinking outside the box to source top-tier talent and smash hiring targets across Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment,

Partnering closely with our Apprentice and Employment Consultants and Host Employers, you will bridge the gap between motivated individuals and great businesses in the rewarding Traineeship and Apprenticeship sector.

This role needs someone who thrives on building community connections, identifying great talent (often school-leaver candidates with minimal experience but great potential), and you will need to love to move at a fast pace, with loads of energy to deliver and solve the plethora of fun challenges each day!
