Traineeship – Child Care

Blinkies Early Education Centre is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join its team as a Trainee Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the early childhood sector. Both full-time and part-time trainee positions are available, and no prior experience is required.

About the Role

The successful applicant will work alongside experienced educators while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification. They will gain practical, hands-on experience in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing and child-safe environment.

Essential Requirements

• A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required for all applicants over 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in the use of technology.
• A commitment to promoting and maintaining a child-safe environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
