Traineeship – Early Childhood Education

Dashing Ducks Preschool Castle Hill is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join their team. Committed to providing inclusive preschool education in partnership with families and the local community, the service prides itself on delivering high-quality care while creating a positive and rewarding workplace for educators.

Opportunities are available for:

• Trainees working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Certificate III qualified Educators
• Diploma qualified Educators
• Early Childhood Teachers (ECT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily documentation and records
• Assist with developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children
• Build respectful and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

To be successful, applicants should:

• Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check
• Be able to provide professional references
• Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
• Possess current knowledge of child protection legislation and its application in early childhood settings
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
