Traineeship – Hospitality

Lucette Bistro, located in the beautiful Southern Highlands, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Trainee to join its growing team.

As the restaurant continues to expand, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment while working towards a recognised qualification.

This role will primarily involve assisting front-of-house operations as a runner, supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service. For the right candidate, there is potential for future progression into a Head Waiter position.
